The overall management of the villa is great, the staffs are attentive and friendly, and the swimming pool in the villa is very clean. Location wise is quite convenient, about 15 min walk to Seminyak beach, and 5 min walk to the main street (you must know which direction to walk!) where you can get a cab easily. Good and cozy place to stay for family or friends outings.
The air-con in the living room is not functioning! And you can't really open the doors as there is a lot of mosquitoes there, and that make the living room quite useless in the night (when the mosquitoes are most active), we were squeezing in the tiny tv room for games. And the rooms are not entirely "sealed" so you have to definitely put on the net to avoid mosquitoes attack when you're sleeping.
